Horsebox Hire
When you are ready to book on line you will need a copy of the photo card of your full UK driving licence, and copies of two utility bills from within the last 3 months as proof of your address, which must match the address on your driving licence. You need to upload all these documents using the 'upload files' button on our book online page.
You also need to create a licence 'check code' to share your driving licence information with us.

We ask for a £50 deposit to secure your booking. For cancellations up to 1 week prior to your booking, we will refund the deposit in full.
There is a £500 insurance excess to cover damage to the horsebox in the event of an accident. This can be paid by card or cash at the time of hire and will be refunded in full when the horsebox is returned undamaged.
For full day hire you can collect the night before and return the following evening.
For a morning half day hire you can collect the night before and it must be returned by midday. Half day afternoon hire can be collected from midday and returned the same evening.
Any delays in returning the horsebox will result in an hourly charge.
The horsebox has a payload of 1000 kg and is designed to carry two horses up to 1000 kg in total. So two 15.2h, or a 16.2h and a pony for example.
The dimensions of the horsebox are -
Horse Area: 7'8" (H), 6'10" (L), 6'10" (W) (breast bar into the grooms area)
Grooms Area: 7'8" (H), 4'10" (L), 6'10" (W)
Horsebox: 9'6" (H), 19' (L), 6'10" (W)
